Right of withdrawal
Under Finnish and EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the product without giving a reason.
How to request a refund

Return of products
Products must be returned in their original packaging where possible. We will refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
Refund process
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or we made an error.
